    1 cup unbleached flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    2 tsp salt
    5 tbsp unsalted butter
    1 cup grated colby cheese

    3/4 cup light soymilk

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut butter in pieces and put in food processor with brown rice flour. Process until it looks like cornmeal. Add whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt. Process just to mix. Add cheese and process again to mix. Add unbleached flour and pulse to mix in. Add red pepper, garlic and parsley. Pulse to mix. Add eggs and soymilk and pulse until mixture forms a ball. Divide the dough into 3 pieces and form each into a 5 inch disk. Cut each into 4 wedges. Place wide apart on cookie sheet that has been very lightly greased.
