Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1/2 Cup Sweet Potato, Cooked
    1/4 Cup Black Beans, Cooked
    1/4 Cup Red Onion, diced
    1/4 Cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    Dash of Cumin, Ground Cinnamon, Cayenne, and Chili Powder
    5+ Sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

Directions

1.) Bake the sweet potato either in the oven or microwave. It is best if done in the oven, but the microwave is quicker.
2.) Cook beans.
3.) Mash a 1/2 Cup of sweet potatoes and and add in the spices, onion, and butter, fold together.
4.) Fold in black beans.
5.) Lay tortilla flat, sprinkle one half with 1/2 the cheese and spread potato mixture on that half.
6.) Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of potato mixture and fold the tortilla closed.
7.) Spritz the outside of the tortilla with spray butter and warm in a skilled over medium-low heat until the outside is crisp and brown. Flip and do the same to the second side.
8.) Enjoy!
