Ingredients

    2 MEDIUM CUCUMBERS SLICED THIN

    1/2 CUP SUGAR

    3/4 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
    BASIL
    1/2 LARGE RED ONION SLICED
    1/2 cup water
    PINCH OF BASIL OR SPRIG IF USING FRESH

Directions

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE CUCUMBERS AND HEAT TILL SUGAR IS DISOLVED. POUR WARM MIXTURE OVER THE CUCUMBERS AND ONIONS. sTORE COVERD IN FRIDGE.
I USED PINCH OF DRIED SWEET BASIL IN MINE

SERVINGS DEPENDS ON HOW THIN OR THICK YOU CUT YOUR CUCUMBERS.

WHEN I MAKE THESE I LEAVE THEM IN THE FRIDGE OVERNITE AND EAT THEM THE NEXT DAY.
