Introduction

I use delicious apples from our tree, but you can use any eating apple. I use delicious apples from our tree, but you can use any eating apple.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups Apple, cut in bite sized pieces
    1/4 cup chopped English walnuts
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) Hellman's Light Mayo
    4 tsp. (or to taste) Splenda
    1/8 cup Silk Light Soy Milk

Directions

Cut up apples, celery and walnuts. In a separate bowl stir together mayo, Splena and milk until smooth. Pour dressing over apple mixture and stir well to coat. Chill. Make 4 servings, about 3/4 cup each.

    Sounds good without the mayo,, I would use Miracle whip,, good old Waldorf Salad!! You can add raisins or cranberries too for another texture! !Thanks!! Soem times I sprinkle cinnamon on my seving for a more "dessert" taste!! - 10/6/10
