Ingredients

    1 Cup Onions
    1 clove garlic
    1 cup diced green peppers
    1 diced Jalapeno pepper - seeded
    1 lb ground beef - lean
    2 cans of Del Monte Diced tomato - zesty chili style
    1 can of red kidney beans
    1 can black beans
    1 bag frozen corn
    water
    cumin
    salt
    pepper
    chili powder

Directions

saute the beef until cooked through. add garlic, onions, peppers and jalapeno. saute. add tomatoes, beans and 2 cans full of water. add salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin to your liking. let cook until thickened and flavor is good. then add corn. cook until hot. serve with cheddar cheese and sour cream
