    Goya's beef builon

Get a large frying pan

Lightly spray pan with olive oil spray and but on medium.

when the pan is warm/hot pour chopped onions and chopped ground peppers and sautée/sweet. This makes a "sofrito." Continue cooking until onions are a bit translucent.

Start placing the ground turkey in the pan, breaking it up and moving around until it becomes small pieces of ground meat. During this time add some salt and pepper. Mix well.

Add the beef bouilon to add a meat flavor. Mix well.

Towards the end ad a half an oz (or less of goya cooking wine.)

Let simmer and have the meet absorb the flavors.

Use for taco filling or over some brown rice.
