Introduction

I tried making these cookies with the least amount of sugar, while increasing the fiber. They taste pretty good, but will probably tweek the recipe to make them even healthier.     1.5 C Splenda
    2 Egg Whites
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1 C Ground Flaxseed Meal
    1 tsp Baking Soda

    1/4 tsp Light Salt
    3 C Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    1 C Raisins
