Ingredients

    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 cloves garlic(minced)
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 large can tomatoes(cut up)
    1/2 cup kalamata olives(cut in quarters)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 cups arugula (cut up)
    1 lb penne pasta


Directions

Cook garlic and crushed red pepper in oil.

Add tomatoes, olives, salt, and pepper

Simmer 10-15 minutes.

Put arugula in bowl.

Add cooked pasta to bowl with some sauce.

Mix thoroughly mixing arugula throughout.
