Excellent on top of grilled fish or with salad! Excellent on top of grilled fish or with salad!

    Mango (1 - fresh, or 6 slices - jarred)
    Raw Onion (4 Tbsp, chopped)
    Lime Juice (3 Tbsp)
    Cilantro (1 tsp fresh or paste)


* Pit and chop fresh mango; chop jarred mango - put into bowl
* Chop onion and add to mango
* Add 1 tsp fresh cilantro, or 1 tsp cilantro paste, to bowl - mix well
* Drizzle with lime juice and toss lightly
* Serve immediately or store, covered, in fridge for up to 4 days

  • This sounds very yummy and very easy. I'm going to make it this weekend, maybe tweek it by adding a little heat with some diced jalepeno - 8/24/07
