    8 cups great northern beans (from can, drained and rinsed)
    16oz reduced fat sourcream
    12oz meatless crumbles
    2tbsp cumin
    4tbsp chili powder
    1 cup vegetable cooking stock
    cayenne to taste


Starting with beans and vegetable stock, combine all ingredients in large saucepan or medium stock-pot.
Bring to light boil (if mixture is too thick, thin with water)
After boil, reduce to simmer.
simmer for 15 minutes.
Recipe yields about 8 servings
Excellent served over brown rice
