Ingredients

    Jicama- 1/2 a whole, julienned
    carrots, 6 medium, grated
    tomatillos, 2, diced
    Miracle Whip, 1 tbsp
    lime juice, 1 lime
    rice vinegar, 1 tbls
    ginger, 1 oz grated

Directions

Cut veggies
Mix vinegar, ginger, and Miracle Whip in a small bowl until smooth. Add salt to taste.
Mix sauce into veggies. Toss thoroughly to coat.

Makes 4 1-cup servings.
