Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound extra-lean ground beef
    1 cup onion, chopped
    4 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard (your favorite)
    1 teaspoon or good dash Worcestershire Sauce
    Approx 1/2 cup ketchup (more or less depending on how thick you want your mixture)

Directions

Cook the beef and onion in a skillet until the meat is no longer pink in the center and drain.

Stir in the other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 8 minutes or until thickened.

Serve over rolls.

Makes 4 servings.
