Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz of silken soft tofu
    1/3c maple syrup
    lemon zest from a whole lemon
    juice from the lemon ( 2 T or more to taste)
    1 thawed package of frozen cooked winter squash
    1 1/2 t of cinnamon
    1 t of ground ginger
    pinch of nutmeg
    pinch of cloves
    pinch of seasalt

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and mix until blended. Adjust flavorings to taste.

Makes about 8 half-cup servings.
