Ingredients

10 medium Macintosh Apples -- peeled
1 cup mixed Frozen Berries
1/2 cup Water
3 tsp Splenda (or 3 packets)
3 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (available from McCormick)
Directions
Preheat the oven at 350 F.
Peel all 10 apples. Place them in an aluminum pan.
Pour berries, still frozen, scattered over the apples.
Pour water over apples.
Sprinkle the apples with Splenda and Pumpkin Pie Spice
Cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
Eat warm! Freeze the leftovers for an easily heatable and eatable dessert later on!
