Ingredients

    3.5 cups of Wheat Chex
.25 cup Teriyaki wing sauce (any type of wing or BBQ sauce will work, just watch the Cal. The sauce I use has 20 cal per 2 Tbsp)
    2 tsp. Dried mint
    1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
    1 Tbsp Honey
    a dash of salt
.25 cup craisins (Any dried fruit will do, I think Strawberries or Pineapple would be good too!)
A few sprays of margarine, or other cooking spray.

Directions

* Preheat oven to 250 degrees and spray a 9" X 11" pan with the cal-free cooking spray. (just a light spray is fine)
*Mix all ingredients except the Chex.
*Pour over chex and stir until evenly coated.
*Pour chex into the pan and put it in the oven. Cook for about an hour and a half (until it is crunchy again) stiring every 15 minutes.
