Introduction

A sweet and tangy version that reminds me of childhood :) A sweet and tangy version that reminds me of childhood :)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 onion
    1 egg
    1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    salt or pepper

    -Mix these all together and press into a sprayed pan. Since I'm only making a pound, I usually create a barrier out of foil to make my pan smaller. You can also double the recipe for more people.

    Topping:
    2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
    1 Tbsp Vinegar

    Spread on top of meat.

Directions

Press meat mixture into a meatloaf pan. You can double recipe for more than 2 people. 1 lb of beef feeds my husband and I. Top with mixed topping and bake an hour per pound at 350.
