Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Combine in pasta maker :
    3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 Cup semolina
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 Cup fresh spinich, finely chopped and packed
    1/4 Cup flax seed

    Mix until crumbly, adjusting flour or liquid as needed. Form pasta into 3/8 by 3 inch noodles (egg noodle plate). Boil 8 minutes.

Directions

Feed cut noodles from pasta maker directly into rapidly boiling water. Cook 8 minutes. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
