    1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
    1 small box JELLO sugar free Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding
    1 small box JELLO sugar free gelatin - strawberry
    1-1/2 cups water
    2 quarts strawberries - sliced


Slice strawberries and place into graham cracker crust.
Empty JELLO pudding and gelatin mixes into a small saucepan and combine with water. Cook on medium-high until mixture thickens and boils (stirring continually).
Remove from heat, let stand for at least 5 minutes.
Pour glaze over strawberries evenly and let cool. Serve with lite or sugar free Cool Whip.
Serves 8.

This recipe can also be made with raspberries or peaches - use appropriate JELLO mix.

  • Didn't expect it to be so glazy, like syrup, but folded in some lite cool whip to give it more of a pie consistency. chilled till set. - 12/26/10
