Ingredients
-
1/2c of Sun Warrior Raw Vegan Protein Powder (I used chocolate) which is all I had.
2T of Sunflower Butter (I used Trader Joe's Brand You can use any butter you like)
2T of Raw Shredded Coconut
2T of Raw Agave Nectar
1T of Slivered Almonds (use any nuts you would like)
1T of Raisins
Directions
I mixed together Sunflower butter, Agave and Protein powder in a bowl.
Then I added Coconut, Almonds and raisins to the mix then made 3 balls with the mixture.
You can add any nut you like to replace the almond or add chopped up Dates, Cranberries or any dried fruit as well.
Just try to experiment and make sure they work together.
I used Chocolate Protein Powder because that's all I had you can make them with Vanilla also.
These balls are high in protein and full of vitamins you can have 1 with sliced veggies and make it a meal or have it with a side salad.
I Just ate mine and it was decadent (from the chocolate) and delicious.
