Introduction

This has frozen berries, almond milk, green drink, plain non-fat yogurt and a tsp of honey - yummy and nutritious way to start the day :) This has frozen berries, almond milk, green drink, plain non-fat yogurt and a tsp of honey - yummy and nutritious way to start the day :)
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    frozen mixed berries or blueberries
    Low-fat almond milk
    Dannon plain non-fat yogurt
    Green drink
    tsp of honey
    (you can add a couple of pieces of pineapple for extra zing)

Directions

in a blender, add 1 cup frozen berries, 3/4 c Nonfat plain yogurt (regular or greek), 3/4 c Vanilla Almond milk, 1/2 c Green drink, and 1 tsp honey. Blend until mixed and berries are in liquid form - approximately 5 minutes. Pour out half and freeze the other half for later :)
You may also add ground flax seed for extra fiber :)
