2-2/3 8" cucumbers (about 7 cups) with skin, sliced
1 Med. Onion, sliced
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. dried Dill Weed
1 packet Splenda
1 TB. Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Slice cucumber and onion into a large bowl.
Add seasonings and mix well.
Add oil and vinegar and mix well again.
