1 bag fiesta mix vegetables
Half a bag of Ronzoni Healthy Harvest egg noodles
1 jar marina sauce
1 cup of water
3/4 cup pizza cheese
Directions
Mix vegetables, noodles, sauce and 1 cup of water in large casserole. Bake uncovered at 375 for 1 hour or until noodles are desired consistency. Remove from oven and add cheese, let sit to thicken and to melt cheese before serving.
