Ingredients

    Lemon juice, 1/4 cup
    Canola oil, 3/4 cup
    Onion, chopped, 1/2 cup
    Chives, chopped, 2 tablespoons (Or green onion)
    Celery, chopped, 1/4 cup
    Garlic, chopped, 2 cloves
    Horseradish, 2 tablespoons
    Whole grain mustard, 3 tablespoons
    Yellow mustard, 3 tablespoons
    Ketchup, 3 tablespoons
    Parsley, dried, 3 teaspoons (Or 3 tablespoons of fresh flat leaf parsley)
    Salt, 1 teaspoon
    Cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
    Black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon

Directions

Combine and mix in food processor (or a blender) for 30 seconds to a minute. Chill.

Yields 3 cups.
