Introduction

This is more like pumpkin quick bread, soft and moist. It yields large bars that are delicious and filling. I like them refrigerated to keep them moist. Ingredients

    8 egg whites
    1 (5.3 oz) container plain greek yogurt
    2 cups oats
    1 cup mashed bananas
    4 scoops vanilla protein powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Mix all together and pour into 9 x 12 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes. Cut into 8 bars.
