Ingredients

4 Chicken breasts
1/2 cup Pesto Sauce
1 cup cooked spinach
2 plum tomatoes (sliced 1/4 inch thick)
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 Cup Mozarella cheese
Directions
1. Marinate Chicken breast in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and pesto sauce for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Grease a glass cassarole dish.
3. Place tomatoes on bottom of cassarole dish. Than top w/ spinach. Top with marinated chicken. Top w/ marinara sauce.
4. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Top w/ mozarella cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
5. Serves 6-8.
