Introduction

Ingredients

    1pkg Starkist Tuna Creations lemon peper tuna
    1/4c Fat free mayo
    1/4 c Progresso italian seasoned bread crumbd
    1/4 green bell pepper, diced
    1/4 c Red oion, diced
    1Tbsp Dijion Mustard
    1 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

In bowl mix tuna and 5 remaining ingredients. Shape into 5 patties. In medium skilet heat oil over medium heat, add Tuna cakes and cok until browned on each side. Approx. 3-4 minutes.
