Ingredients

    1 cup Romaine Lettuce
    1 cup baby spinach
    1/2 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
    1 Medium Fresh Tomato
    1/2 Peeled Cucumber
    1 Green Bell Pepper-Small
    1 Carrot

Directions

1. Chop the chicken, tomato, pepper, and carrot.

2. Mix all the ingredients together, and store in the fridge. Eat on multigrain bread or by itself.
