Ingredients

    9 red potatoes, boiled until tender, about 1/2 hour
    3 eggs, boiled 15 minutes
    1/4 cup pickle relish
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
    celery seed, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions

Peel and cube potatoes and eggs when cooled. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Keep refrigerated.
