Ingredients

    1 lb Flank Steak
    1 cup Mushrooms, quartered
    1 cup Onions, quartered
    1 cup Broccoli
    1 cup Red Peppers, sliced
    1 packet Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 tsp Brown Sugar
    1.5 cups of Spaghetti

Directions

Spray skillet with Pam and add meat. Cook until almost done and transfer to bowl. Add all vegetables (except mushrooms) water, soy sauce, brown sugar and soup mix). Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Add mushrooms, beef and spaghetti. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes then serve.
