Introduction

Quick & Easy to make. I prefer to eat on low fat crackers or by its self.
**I always try to keep some cooked brown rice in the refrigerator just in case I need something in a hurry that's quick & easy AND LOW FAT.

Ingredients

    8 oz CHICKEN (Skin & Fat removed) Chopped
    1cup Brown Rice (cooked & chilled)
    2 T Kraft Miracle Whip
    3 T Fat Free Sour Cream
    3 Mini Boxes of Raisins (1.5 oz)
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

You can make fat content lower by using Miracle Whip Free or leave it out entirely and add extra Fat Free Sour Cream.
I used the regular miracle whip to have the "tangy" taste.
*I like to use my leftover oven baked chicken to make this.
**This is also good to use leftover turkey for too.
***you could use canned chicken if you like
