Introduction

This is a salad for bell pepper lovers. My Dad used to make this all the time and I could probably eat the entire bowl in one sitting. It tastes better if it is left to marinate in the refrigerator overnight. This makes about 8 servings and refrigerated keeps about 8 days. This is a salad for bell pepper lovers. Ingredients

    2 Red Bell Peppers
    2 Yellow Bell Peppers
    2 Orange Bell Peppers
    6 Green Bell Peppers
4 tbsp dried onion flakes, or one medium fresh onion chopped
3 packets Knorr Salat-Krönung Dill Kräuter Dressing
    1/4 cup water
4 tbsp Kühne Salata seasoned vinegar dressing

Directions

Wash bell peppers, remove stems and seeds, cut into quarters and slice thinly. place into bowl. (To get more evenly sized slices, I usually cut off the tops and bottoms of the peppers and save them to eat as a snack.)
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
While it tastes good if eaten right away, it tastes even better if left to marinate covered in the refrigerator over night.
If the salad tastes a bit sour, add a packet of Truvia.
