Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Sunflower Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Tofu, firm, 283 grams (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Beans, black, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 3 Cup (remove)
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Red Wine, 1 fl oz (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

saute garlic, scallions, red peppers and zucchini.
Add Tofu, crumbled and spices, saute for 5 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes.
