Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c. All-Purpose Flour
    1 c. Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 t. Baking Powder
    1 t. Ground Cinnamon
    1/2 t. Baking Soda
    1/2 t. Salt
    4 Large Eggs, beaten
    One 15 oz. can 100% Pure Pumpkin
    1/2 c. Canola Oil
    1/4 c. 2% Milk
    1 c. Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 & lightly oil or spray a 15x10x1 jelly roll pan.
Whisk together all the dry ingredients until well combined.
In a seperate bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin, oil, & milk until well blended. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients & stir until just combine. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Spread evenly into pan & bake for 23 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool. Slice into 2" x 2-1/2" bars.

    Delicious pumpkin bars with a touch of chocolate. I added extra pumpkin (30 oz can) and it was tasty! They disappear quickly. Try them!!! - 11/23/12
