Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups water
    1 cup 2%mf cottage cheese
    1/3 cup honey
    1 tbsp butter
    6 cups whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp yeast
    2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    3 tbsp bulgar

Directions

Heat water, cheese, honey and butter in a saucepan to 120*. Mix with 3 cups flour, egg and beat with a mixer for 2 mins. Add remaining ingredients and knead into a soft elastic dough. Put into a lightly greased bowl and let rise about 1 hr or until doubled in size. Punch down and put into two bread pans. Let rise again until doubled in size. Bake at 350 for 35-50 mins or until down. If it browns too quickly cover with tin foil and keep baking.
