Ingredients

3 c cooked macaroni
1 tbs smart balance omega buttery spread melted (not light)
2 c evaporated milk
3 c shredded 2% cheddar cheese
1tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
add all ingredients into slow cooker. cook on high for 2-3 hours stiring twice.
***in this recipe I used regular evaporated milk because thats all I had. But to lower the overall cals and fat ect, this will also work well with the fat free evap milk.
