Introduction

I love a good coleslaw, especially in the summer. I haven't found one the rest of my family really enjoys. That is until this one. Everyone loved it and even wanted seconds. I didn't even get any leftovers the next day! I love a good coleslaw, especially in the summer. I haven't found one the rest of my family really enjoys. That is until this one. I have been making this recipe since I found it about a year ago. It is the best coleslaw! I use equal parts of oil and vinegar (2 TBSP each). I use a small can of crushed pineapple instead of onion because my husband prefers it that way. This is a great recipe! - 1/22/14

I make this, but I sprinkle the salt on the cabbage and let set for about 10 minutes, then I rinse and drain really well. pat dry, then I make the salad . This does nt get soggy in the refrigerator. - 7/19/17
