Introduction

This is a great sandwich filling, salad topper, or simply spread it on some multi grain crackers. I like to make it in batches and portion it out so it's easy to grab and go from the fridge. Ingredients

2 - 6 oz pouches of bumble bee pink salmon, drained (canned in water works too)

1 Tbs cream cheese (option: use reduced fat or fat free)

    1/2 Tbs light ranch dressing

    1/4 cup finely chopped onion

    1/4 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

(Optional) 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (to taste)

(Optional) 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning (I like Old Bay)
