Introduction

This recipe works best in a high speed blender like Vita-mix, if you don't have one, then you will want to have a nut milk bag to drain out the pieces of almonds that don't get mixed up unless you don't mind them, which I don't. Ingredients

    1/2 cup of raw almonds
    5 cups of water
    1/2 cup pitted dates (about 4 good size)

Directions

This makes about 8 1 cup servings
Put everything into your blender and blend for about 5 minutes. Then pour it into an airtight container. Store in refridgerator for approx 3 to 4 days.

Great for smoothies, oatmeal, cereal!
