    1/2 small apple, sliced thin.

    1/4 C., shredded Carrots, not packed.

    20 Raisins.

    2 Tblsp., Natural Peanut Butter or Nut Butter of Choice.


I used a Mission Low Carb Taco sz. Tortilla, place on plate and spreading Peanut Butter across the surface as evenly as possible without tearing.

Lay Apple slices across the surface again, spreading evenly. Sprinkle the Carrots and Raisins across evenly also.

Place into the Microwave and cook until warmed with a clean plate on top to hold the Taco together. Let cool to temperature desired and enjoy.
