Ingredients

    4 Slices Ezekiel Bread w/raisins broken up into pieces
    1 C Egg Whites or Egg Substitute
    1/2 C Splenda
    4 Sccops Whey Protein Powder Any Flavor
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 Can Pumpkin Puree (not pie mix)
    Sugar Free Syrup Optional

Directions

Put borken up bread into a large bowl.
Stir in Egg whites, then the splenda
Stir in the protein powder and pumpkin puree
Add Cinnamon

Pour into an 8x8 baking pan sprayed with pam. Bake at 350 for approx. 20-25 minutes. When cooled, cut into 4 squares.

Makes 4 large servings
Great with sugar free syrup over the top, calculations were with one serving of syrup on top. YUM
