Introduction

My kids love these delicious healthy pancakes/waffles with sugar free syrup! My kids love these delicious healthy pancakes/waffles with sugar free syrup!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1.25 c. unbleached whole wheat flour or whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    .25 c. Eggbeaters
    1 c. Unsweetened Blue Diamond Vanilla Almond milk
    .5 tsp salt
    1 tbsp splenda or 10 packets
    1 cup strawberries (diced) or blueberries or any other berry


Directions

Mix together ingredients and scoop by 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup onto skillet for pancakes or if you are making waffles use double in the waffle maker! Makes approximately 10-12pancakes about 5-6 waffles depending on size.
