Ingredients

    1 tortilla or slice of bread (i use sammi's lavash GF)
    3oz deli turkey breast (nitrate/nitrite free preferred)
    .25c low fat cheese
    2 tomato slices optional

    Toast tortilla or bread. add sliced turkey, optional slice and place cheese on top. Microwave until the cheese is melted.
