Ingredients

    6 eggs, hard boiled
    2 medium backed potatoes, skin removed and mashed
    1T tarragon vinegar
    1t mustard
    1t chives
    1/8t turmeric

Directions

cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove and discard yolks. combine remaining ingredients and mix well. fill egg white halves with potato mixture. chill before serving. makes 12 servings
