Ingredients

    I used 3 cans of swanson 33% less sodium chicken Broth
    about 10 cups of water
    5 cups broccoli
    about 1 1/2 cups celery
    about 1 cup of white onion
    2 medium size yellow squash
    1 tablespoon of minced garlic
    1 tab of pepper (I love pepper)
    1 cup of Quinoa


Directions

Boil your broth and water first. Then add all your vegetables and spices, chicken and Quinoa. I boiled about 45 min.

1 1/2 cups equals 1 serving 11 servings
