Ingredients

    2 tsp fresh dill
    3/4 tsp lemon-pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 1/2 lb salmon fillet
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    3 tbsp chicken broth
    3 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp lite soy sauce
    3 tbsp finely chopped green onion
    1 small lemon thinly slices
    2 onion slices, separate into rings

Directions

Sprinkle dill, lemon pepper, and garlic powder over salmon. Place in a large resealable plastic bag.
Combine brown sugar, broth, oil, soy sauce and green onion; pour over salmon.
Turn several times. Seal bag. Place in a shallow pan. Refrigerate (turn several times), marinate at least 2 hours.
Drain, discard marinade.
Place salmon, skin side down on grill over medium heat. Grill 10-12 minutes, turn, grill another 10-12 minutes. Place lemon and onion slices on the last 7 minutes of cooking time, or until fish flakes easily with fork.

    I have to say, this meal was wonderful. My husband asked "what's for dinner?' and I told him grilled salmon, he turned his nose up, lol...but when he sat down and tasted it his face lite up...he couldn't stop saying how good this dish was even my kids liked it, wow! - 1/24/09
