Ingredients

    2 T olive oil
    1.5 c chopped onion
    1-2 chopped cloves of garlic
    .75 c chopped carrots
    1 small butternut squash, chopped
    1 c vegetable broth
    2 c chicken broth
    1 c lentils
    salt, pepper, cumin, curry to taste

Directions

heat oil, then saute veggies until softened slightly
add broths & lentils
bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 min or until all is cooked
use a stick blender to puree
may serve with sour creme (but that is not figured into nutritional info)
