Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb top round steak cut into strips
    1 Red pepper, sliced into strips
    1 Green pepper, sliced intro strips
    1 Yellow pepper, sliced intro strips
    1 Small onion, sliced into strips
    Cooking Spray
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp black pepper
    3 tbsp soy sauce (lite or low sodium)
    1/2 cup Kraft BBQ sauce (original)

Directions

Makes 4 Servings

Cut red, green, yellow peppers, onion, and steak into strips
Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray
Cook peppers and onions on medium high for about 6 minutes until tender
Remove peppers and onions from pan, keep warm

Add steak, garlic, and black pepper to pan
Cook 2 minutes on medium heat
Add soy sauce to pan
Cook 1 minute
Add BBQ sauce to pan
Cook through

Add peppers and onions back to pan and mix in with sauce.

Serve over rice, on buns, etc.
