    1 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light stick margarine
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 lbs uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cup chopped onions
    1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp table salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    6 tbsp real crumbled bacon bits
    1 1/2 cup 2% mild cheddar or mexican shredded cheese


Put margarine and olive oil in skillet. Saute chicken breasts over medium heat, turning once, until chicken is cooked and no longer pink in center. Place chicken in 13x9" baking dish which has not been greased.

Cook onion and garlic in drippings remaining in skillet. Cook until onion is softened, then stir in salt, pepper, and bacon bits. Spoon over chicken breasts and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serves 6.

One 5 to 6 oz chicken breast with topping per serving.
