Ingredients

    Chop apples in large bowl and add sugar. Let stand fo 10 minutes. Sift flour, soda, salt, spices. Blend oil, egg into apples and add flour until blended. Fold in nuts and raisin 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees in 8x8 greased cake pan for 50 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with confectioner sugar for decoration.
