Ingredients

4 chicken breasts still frozen
32oz Chicken broth
2 10.5 oz cans cream soup (I used chicken and celery for this one)
1 14.5 oz can mixed vegetables drained
1 15oz can diced potatoes drained
1 tsp salt, pepper
1Tbsp Parsley flakes (dried) *If using fresh you will use less
Dumplings
1 1/3 cup Heart healthy Bisquick mix
6 Tbsp skim milk
Directions
Mix soups and broth together and pour into a crockpot. Add frozen chicken, vegetables, potatoes, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook on high for 4 hours. Then remove chicken and shred it before returning it to crockpot.
Mix together Bisquick and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls into crockpot. Cook an additional 1.5-2 hours.
*For leftover potpies be sure to remove the dumplings*
